NQL Properties is a Norwegian buyer’s agency. People come to us before they start looking, tell us the budget and the region and what the place has to have, and we go and find it. We act for them, not for the seller, which is why we work with agencies rather than against them.

Where they want to be, the budget, bedrooms, land, what the house must have and what would rule it out. Marked hot or warm by how much the buyer has told us, so you read the best briefs first.
Name, email and telephone, in one place, with everything they told us about what they are after. Nothing is copied into a spreadsheet and nothing goes missing between colleagues.
Taken on something worth knowing about? Put it in and we will look for a buyer among the people who came to us. No listing, no photographs needed, no exclusivity.
Spoke to them, viewing booked, offer made, sold. Two seconds a time, and it becomes the account of what working together has actually been worth to you.
Everything about what they are looking for, and nothing that says who they are. No name, no email address, no telephone number, and not a word they wrote to us in private.
If you have something for them, you say so and name the properties. Other agencies may be answering the same brief. We read them together and put forward whoever has the right house, so you win it on the property rather than on who clicked first.
We go back to them, say who you are and why we think you can help, and wait. Only if they agree do you get their details. If they say no, or say nothing, you never see them. It is why our clients trust us, and why an introduction from us is warm rather than cold.
Nothing to see the board and nothing to keep the account. We are paid by our own client on a completed purchase, on terms agreed with you before anybody is introduced.
We act for the buyer. We are not after your vendor, your mandate or your commission.
Nothing is pushed at you. If a brief does not suit what you have, you ignore it and nothing happens.
