The estate runs to 20.86 hectares, of which just under ten are vineyard and four are olive grove. A paved road reaches the property, the village and its shops are five minutes away, and Pisa, Florence and Lucca are each under an hour. Worth knowing before you picture the harvest: the vineyard and the olive grove are currently let to third parties, and wine and oil are not in production here today.
